Our Story

How it all started...

Thank you for visiting Grace Bible Church.  We are grateful for your interest in learning who we are as a church. We are a church in Lexington that currently meets at 5257 Augusta Rd in Lexington South Carolina. Over the past 12 years, the Lord has faithfully blessed this work, and He continues to grow our body with new believers and new disciples. Our name, Grace Bible Church, describes what our local assembly is all about:
Grace: We are a group of believers who have been saved by grace through the work of Jesus Christ on the cross.
Bible: We are people who are governed by the Word of God and therefore take an expositional approach to preaching and teaching Scripture.
Church: We are the people of God saved to proclaim the gospel to a lost and dying world.

A GROWING FELLOWSHIP...

Grace Bible Church is an exciting fellowship of believers motivated by the power of the gospel and the glory of God. It is our desire to preach the gospel, to see the lost saved and the saved matured for the glory of God. We want to be a church that is driven by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Resulting in, our greatest joy, taking the good news of God’s forgiveness to the greater Lexington area, to our state, and the remotest parts of the world.

Where we are headed...

In God's grace, after 12 years of faithful ministry, God has blessed our body with a permanent location. The new site is located right off of Exit 58 in Lexington on Hwy 1. We are excited to see God use this building for His glory as the exposition of His Word will be declared each week as the saints are equipped for the work of the ministry. This location will be a place where the church will gather each week so that we are encouraged and built up in Christ. We are currently meeting at 5257 Augusta Rd Lexington, SC 29072. If you are looking for a church home, please come visit us on Sundays at 10:00AM.

Be a part of our story...

Join us every Sunday as we gather to fellowship together at 10 am and worship together at 10:30 am.
